How do I manually adjust a customer's points balance?
If you would like to adjust a customer's points balance, you can do this by finding the customer in the 'Customers' section of your Smile.io admin.
When you find and select the customer, their profile will appear. Under their name, you will see a button that says 'Adjust points balance'. Click on this button and a pop-up where you can make the adjustment will appear.
In the 'Points adjustment' field, you will enter the number of points that you want to give to the customer. If you want to subtract points, you will enter a negative number (ie. -100)
