How to disable notifications

If you're looking to disable the notifications for any of your earning, spending, referral or VIP tier options, this is completed under each of the options on the customization screen. 

As an example, let's say we wanted to disable the notification that's sent when a customer earns points for a making a purchase.

  1. First, go to "Points" from the Rewards Programs menu.

  2. Click on "Earning".

  3. Then click on the name of the rule that you want to disable the notifications for! In my example, I'll be choosing "Place an order".

  4. Scroll all the way down to the "Entry Notification" section.

  5. Lastly, change the radio button to "Do not notify", then click save!

That's it! Now customers will not receive a notification for any time they earn points for placing an order, or whichever option you changed this for! :)
